Retail Give-Back Programs
There are many opportunities available to the families and friends of UC Academy that will earn money for our school. Sign up today and help earn money for UC Academy. It’s easy and no cost to you!!! Following is a list of the Retail Give-Back Programs UC Academy has enrolled in, with instructions on how to participate and/or sign up for each program.
Box Tops for Education
Thank you to all the families who participated in the Box Tops for Education program last year. We are happy to report that UC Academy earned $895.90 last year from Box Tops for Education! Here are three easy, everyday ways you can help:
Clip - clip Box Tops and earn cash for UC Academy. Each Box Top coupon is worth 10 cents, and that adds up fast! A list of products is attached.
Shop online – shop at your favorite online stores including Target, Office Depot and Best Buy, through the Box Tops Marketplace (boxtops4education.com/marketplace). Up to 15 eBoxTops per $10 spent on qualifying purchases is automatically donated to UC Academy, at no additional cost to you. For every 100 eBoxTops earned the school will receive 10 bonus Box Tops. Plus, you’ll get exclusive Box Tops deals and discounts!
Read - buy books online through the Reading Room, a partnership between Box Tops and Barnes and Noble. Our school receives up to 6 eBoxTops per $10 spent on qualifying purchases.
Campbell’s Labels for Education
Save UPCs and beverage caps from participating products and receive free merchandise for UC Academy such as classroom/office supplies, books, and educational games. A list of participating products is attached. Please turn in your UPCs and beverage caps to your elementary teacher or into the school office.
eScrip
In the past year, UC Academy has earned $100 from the eScrip Program. Thank you to all of you who are participating in the program!
You can register the following cards:
Grocery Club Cards: Pavilions, Safeway, Von’s
Debit/Credit Cards: American Express, Debit Cards, Discover, Macy’s, MasterCard, VISA
In order for UC Academy to earn money from your purchases, all families must renew their cards by November 1, 2011, or contributions to the school will stop.

fresh&easy – Shop for Schools
UC Academy will receive $1 donation for every $20 fresh&easy receipt collected from now through 12/31/11. All you need to do is shop at fresh&easy and bring your receipts dated from 9/15/11 through 12/31/11 into the school office. The top fundraising school in each state gets a $5,000 bonus!
GoodSearch
Use “GoodSearch” search engine to help earn money for UC Academy. The last check we received was in the amount of $32. Again, only a few families are currently using GoodSearch. The more families that search the Internet or shop online using GoodSearch or GoodShop, the more money UC Academy will earn.
Montclair Plaza’s Earning4Learning Receipt Program
Shop at any of the stores at Montclair Plaza and UC Academy earns FREE MONEY - $500 - $5,000! All you need to do is log your Montclair Plaza receipts at the Guest Services desk in the mall. If you forget to log your receipts, you can also place them in an envelope with your name, teacher/room number, and a note if you want them returned to you after one of our representatives has them logged for you, and drop the envelope off in the school office. It's that simple to help UC Academy earn FREE MONEY!
Ralphs – Community Contribution Program
Currently only two UC Academy families are enrolled in the Ralph’s Reward Program, but we still earned $22. If every family used this program, even if visiting Ralphs occasionally, it could significantly increase the amount earned for our school.
It’s that time of year to re-register for Ralphs Community Contribution Program’s new term, which began on September 1, 2011. You can enroll on-line at www.ralphs.com or bring the attached document to Ralphs where the cashier will scan it in. When registering on-line click on
“Community Contribution” at the bottom of the page. Enroll as a participant. The I.D. # for UC Academy is 91398. This only has to be done once each year, and all purchases will be credited toward Upland Christian Academy’s account through your Ralphs club card or phone number entry.
Recycling
UC Academy recycles printer/toner cartridges as well as cell phones. There is a drop-off basket in the school office. Please drop off your used cartridges and old cell phones and UC Academy will earn free money as well as help keep our environment clean.
Target – Take Charge of Education
We are happy to report that UC Academy recently received a check for $575 from Target. Thank you to all of you who have used your REDcard at Target!
If you are not part of Target’s Take Charge of Education program, we encourage you to enroll. To enroll in the program, simply call 1-800-316-6142 or enroll on-line at www.target.com/tcoe. Upland Christian Academy’s I.D. # is 720.
